Quaker Meetings are every Sunday 10:30-11:30am
Quakers in Pickering can be traced right back to the beginning of the Quaker movement in 1652. The present meeting house was built in 1793 and retains much of it's original character.
The current Meeting House is near the castle, in Castlegate, which is signposted from top of Market Place.
We are very happy to welcome children and young people to our Meeting at any time. A children's class will be available on the 4th Sunday of every month. On other Sundays we have books, toys and a little outdoor equipment, all of which can be used under the supervision of the child's parent or carer.
